Refrigerated & Desiccant Air Dryers
Moisture removal downstream of compressor to ISO 8573-1 quality classes
Compressed air dryers remove water vapour to prevent corrosion, contamination, and process failures. Refrigerated dryers cool air to precipitate moisture; desiccant dryers adsorb moisture onto a desiccant bed for lower dew points.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Refrigerated Dryer — PDP | +3°C pressure dew point (standard) |
| Desiccant Dryer — PDP | −20°C to −70°C pressure dew point |
| Desiccant Types | Heatless (purge), heated (internal/external), blower-purge (zero-loss) |
| Capacity Range | 10 Nm³/hr to 10,000 Nm³/hr |
| Inlet Pressure | 7 bar to 16 bar |
| ISO 8573-1 Class | Class 1–3 (moisture) achievable depending on dryer type |
