Overview

About Industrial Air Receivers

VAYU4U – INFIS industrial air receivers are fabricated, tested and documented in our Hyderabad workshop. We do not sub-contract vessel manufacture.

Receivers stabilise system pressure, store compressed air to meet peak demand and allow moisture to separate before downstream treatment. Standard vertical configurations range from 500 to 5,000 litres at 7 to 16 bar, with horizontal, larger, stainless steel and custom-pressure vessels available on request.

Key Features

  • Designed to IS 2825; ASME Sec VIII Div 1 on request
  • Hydrostatic test at 1.5× working pressure on every vessel
  • DP test on all welds; RT / UT on request
  • Sandblasted to Sa 2.5 with epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat
  • Supplied with MTC, hydro test certificate, weld map and GA drawing
  • Fabricated in-house in Hyderabad
